I’m running a little late, but here’s a quick bit of smut for Wank Wednesday. The prompt is ‘Flame’.

Flame

The first time she takes her shirt off, all he catches is a glimpse of gold and crimson. He wants to slow down, to look at it more carefully, but then her mouth is on his cock, her hands on his skin, and his eyes close. By the time he has her on her hands and knees and he’s pushing inside, he’s forgotten all about it, lost in the sensation of taking her fast and hard.

After she leaves, he finds himself thinking about it, though.

It was just a brush of color, a blur of ink against her hip, but on her it had been more. She’d never seemed like the kind of person who would mark herself like that. Then again, she hadn’t seemed like the type to suck him off on the first date, either.

It’s a small tattoo, just a couple of inches wide. With fingertips and lips, he brushes over the raised skin of it, tracing the curls and licks of ink and flame.

“Why a torch?” he asks, chin resting on her hip, fingers pressing just inside.

Her eyes light with surprise. “Just in case I ever need one. In case it gets dark outside.”

He doesn’t question her logic, just touches his lips once more to the fire on her flesh. Then he walks her backward, presses her down onto his bed and opens her legs. Only after she comes against his mouth does he climb up on top of her and fit himself to the sweetness of her sex.

As he pushes inside, it’s with his hand curled tight around the fullness of her hip, thumb stroking gently at the skin beside it. With every thrust, the heat builds until there’s just that torch. Just that flame.

And together, they burn inside of it.
